ORDER
When you receive the response to the reservation form, we expect to receive another agreement by mail.
When the reservation form is completed and sent to us, we will check the availability of your desired light letters and send you a quote. When you agree to this email the light letters are reserved for you.
If something is not clear, or you prefer personal contact, we are happy to help you by phone. For this you can call our office: 035 533 70 73 or on the mobile number 06-14 72 90 48 There is also a possibility to fill in the contact form on the website. We will answer it as soon as possible.
If you want to change details of the reservation we will always try to make this possible. When this is done at very short notice it may happen that the schedule does not allow it. We will work together to find a mutually satisfactory solution.
Of course it is possible to cancel a reservation, but there are certain conditions. You can read these in the general conditions on the website.
DELIVER, TRANSPORT, CONNECT
We do indeed have special rates for rides after 00.00 at night and before 08.00 in the morning. This is stated in advance in the quote.
We deliver the illuminated letters throughout the Benelux, including in the center of cities. In some hard to reach locations we charge a surcharge. This will be stated in advance in the quotation.
It is certainly possible to have the light letters delivered or picked up on Sunday.
If a delivery is not complete, please discuss this immediately with our delivery person. He/she will then immediately contact someone from our office. If you do not find out that something is missing until our employee has already left, please call the following mobile number 06 14 72 90 48 immediately. We will then solve the problem immediately.
When we need to come and deliver illuminated letters to locations that are difficult to access, think of location where we cannot park the car in front of the door. The illuminated letters must be lifted to 3 high because there is no elevator, Trade Fair buildings etc. Then we charge a surcharge for this. This will be mentioned in advance on the quotation.
In principle, we can meet all wishes in terms of times, but this is based on availability. For rides after 00.00 and before 08.00 we ask a surcharge.

Our transport costs are € 0.60 incl. VAT per km, both for delivery (round trip = 2 trips) and for collection (round trip = 2 trips).

REMOVAL
When you come to pick up the light letters, we will have cleaned and tested them for you. You will get a little explanation on how to connect them. Chances are if the light letters do not light up, they are not connected properly. Disconnect all cables again and start over. If they still do not work you can of course call us and we will fix it. It can happen that a light vibrates loose by transporting it in the car, if a light does not light up, turn it a little, try both left and right, you will see that the light then "picks up" again from the cable. When a bulb is broken, you can replace it with the spare bulb that we have mounted on the back of the light letter. You can simply unscrew it from the socket.
When the illuminated letters are picked up, we clean them, test whether all lights work and provide each illuminated letter with a cover. This ensures that the illuminated letters are not damaged during transport.
We require a deposit of €100.00 when picking up the light letters yourself. This must be paid in cash.
The light letters are very easy to connect yourself, we will give you a little instruction when you pick up the light letters.
Sure! Everyone is welcome to come and pick up and return the light letters themselves. This is done by appointment. We are very flexible in terms of times, as long as we know in advance so we can take it into account.
Whether the light letters fit in a passenger car depends on the type of car. In smaller models, 2 to 3 light letters fit. In a station wagon easily 5 pieces. From 6 pieces we recommend to come with a Caddy or a van. Of course, this also varies per order. The light letter "W" takes up considerably more space than an "I". When in doubt, please contact us.

GENERAL
We will charge the full amount of the damage.
We are very happy if the light letters are to your liking, by agreement the rental period can be extended, it depends on availability.
This is not possible.
We kindly ask you to return the illuminated letters in the same condition as you received them. You can wipe the letters with a damp cloth.
The light letters can withstand a little drizzle, in case of rain, snow the light letters should be placed inside. When it is freezing we do not rent the light letters when they are placed outside.
We will charge in full for the missing items.
The answer is no, the light letters should be placed inside at night. Not under a shelter but inside an enclosed preferably a heated room.
The light letters can certainly be put outside, the letters are lacquered and glued and can therefore withstand a little water. However, they are not resistant to standing in the rain all day.
Light letters should be placed indoors at night anyway. Not under a canopy, but in an enclosed space, preferably heated.
During the holidays, we are available by appointment. Regarding the delivery and collection of the light letters during holidays, we will try, by mutual agreement, to deliver the light letters a day in advance so that our employees can also enjoy the holidays.
No, the light letters are equipped with LED lights, they consume 0.7 watts each.
The renter is liable throughout the rental period. For example, the renter must also properly protect the rental items from moisture and weather conditions. The renter is also liable for all damages caused during the use of the rented item. You can read all about liability in our general terms and conditions. These can be found at the bottom of our website.
On the reservation form you can check the option dimmable lights. We then supply the light letters with dimmable lights and a dimmer.
Attached to the light letter is both a plug and an outlet. This allows the light letters to be "looped through" to each other so only one power point is needed to light the light letters.
